Young Farmers Program
Curiosity, Confidence & Purpose
If you’ve ever wished your child could spend more time outdoors, learning real-life skills instead of being glued to a screen, this program was made for you. The Young Farmers Program gives kids the space to get their hands dirty, explore nature, and discover what they’re truly capable of — all while having the time of their lives on the farm.
We created this program to help kids thrive in an environment where teamwork, curiosity, and confidence come naturally. Through hands-on learning, they’ll gain a sense of responsibility, purpose, and pride that sticks with them long after the day is over.
A Day On The Farm
Each day on the farm brings something new to discover, from caring for animals to mastering basic farming and life skills:
Livestock Care & Production: Learn how to feed, clean, and care for animals while understanding the basics of animal welfare.
Food Production & Storage: Discover how food gets from the farm to the table, and pick up simple skills for cooking and preserving it.
Farm Safety & Awareness: Build respect for equipment, animals, and the environment while learning safe and smart farm practices.
Tools & Machinery: Gain hands-on experience with age-appropriate hand tools and small motorized equipment, under close supervision.
Each child is part of a small pod of just ten kids per instructor, ensuring plenty of attention, encouragement, and hands-on learning.
The Young Farmers Program is an opportunity to build confidence, resilience, and responsibility. Kids learn how to problem-solve, care for living things, and take pride in a job well done. These lessons reach far beyond the barn and garden — they build character, independence, and a love for hard work that lasts a lifetime.
